We ship worldwide !

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). The delivery times and price then depend on the delivery method selected.

The different delivery methods:

We offer several delivery methods, home delivery or pickup point, standard or express.

Delivery rates:

The prices applied are the actual delivery prices and depend on the carrier chosen, the weight of the package and the delivery area. You can consult them at the "Delivery" step before confirming the order.

Missing or damaged products

The customer freely chooses the carrier from those offered. The customer must check that nothing is missing if the package is delivered open and refuse delivery if the goods are damaged. Once the package is accepted, it is no longer possible to make a claim for missing or damaged products

Delivery costs and tax (excluding EU/Dom Tom)

Delivery costs are charged to the Customer, in addition to the price of the Products, unless special mention or conditions.

The amount of the delivery costs is indicated to the Customer when placing his order.

Shipping costs do not include customs charges upon arrival.
The customer should inquire about the customs formalities of his country and the various taxes that the customs could apply. Customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of free shipping charges, the actual charges will be charged for any packages not recovered and returned to us.
