As soon as your package is dispatched, an e-mail with the tracking link is automatically sent to you by the carrier you have selected: either Colissimo, Packlink or Boxtal.
If you can't find the email please check your SPAM/Junk folder or wait 24 hours.
You can also find your tracking information on your Client Account, section "Order History"
In case of delay
The delivery time depends on your country, approximately 1 week within Europe, 1 to 3 weeks outside of Europe, there can be some delays due to public holidays.
Please notify us of any delay in delivery exceeding 15 days in Europe or 3 weeks outside of Europe.
